This position is responsible for managing Rowheels and Rehabpulse inbound sales and customer support both in pre-sales and after sales. The online marketplace generates several incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis and these need to be converted into sales by providing excellent support and the right solutions to help the patients with their disability needs. This person will also manage relationships with other dealers, vendors and partners related to durable medical equipment industry. The Client Support Specialist will help execute the E-commerce sales channel strategy to achieve the sales targets. The key focus of the role is to provide customer support and right solutions to convert sales leads generated from the Rehabpulse store, and other E-pipelines. As part of customer support team, process orders and assist on post sales customer service enquiries.
Manage the inbound online sales inquiries, phone calls, online chats by providing the required support and solutions
Provide after sales customer service and support to customers already purchased our products.
Convert sales leads that are generated by marketing campaigns, customer online inquiries, inbound customer calls, email campaigns, Facebook Leads, web chats, Amazon marketing and other partner web stores. Support all conversion-focused website initiatives led by the Marketing department to achieve E-commerce sales targets.
Coordinate the E-commerce sales effort with the marketing team: reporting, develop and maintain a predictable forecasting model, input data and manage CRM, provide customer support and ensure all data are properly entered in CRM for future use. .
Manage a sales pipeline, sales activity, and monthly business forecasting through customer interfacing activities and sales data analysis.
Achieve monthly sales quota and maintain highest customer satisfaction level.
This position requires Wednesday - Sunday 11 AM - 8 PM with a one hour lunch. This is must have requirement as majority of our customers purchase on weekends.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of experience and education
Inbound customer support experience with conversion into sales especially good phone communication skills.
Make outgoing phone calls and communicate with the customers that make incoming inquiries.
1-3 year(s) experience in medical inside sales preferred
E-commerce sales direct to consumer preferred
Passionate working for people with disabilities and finding the right solutions for them.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based and telephonic communication. Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit, outgoing character and positive attitude; high degree of energy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible
Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
