Our Professional White Glove Delivery agent will deliver your product to your home, unpack it and remove all packing material before moving it inside whenever possible. They will then complete any simple assembly and then check the functionality of your new product. Finally, our agent will give a tutorial on how the product is operated.
- All agents will arrive at your home in a face mask and continue to wear it throughout the duration of their visit. - All agents will sanitize their hands before entering your home or touching your product. - We ask that customers wear a face mask, and maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from the agent while they are in your home. - Mobility products and patient lifts will be set-up and delivered to immediately inside the door. - Beds and lift chairs will be placed into the appropriate room. Please note: all furniture must be moved so the agent does not need to touch any existing furniture.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of order. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition and in its original packaging.
Before returning any product, buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a Customer Service representative. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only “In-Store Credit” that can be used towards future purchases.
All custom orders and items of Hygienic nature are non-returnable.
Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the credit and it will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $7.99 will be deducted from the refund.
If return is the result of a defective product or a shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.
Warranty Information for the Atlantis Heavy Duty Power Chair
Power Chair Warranty – Lifetime Limited Merits Health Products, Inc. warrants the main frame against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of this power chair (5 years). For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative in the material or workmanship: Electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, motors. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty. Warranty exclusions: Tires, plastic or rubber parts, upholstery/armpads, painted surfaces, seating, bearings. Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty. Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.
