You will be entitled to return a product to DIESTCO MFG when:

(a) We receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of delivery of the product.

(b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

(3) Returns procedure

In order to return a product you must call DIESTCO MFG CORP (800.795.2392) to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to shipping back the product.

(4) Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. No restocking fee will be charged.

Warranty:

Manufacturer's Warranty

Manufacturer’s Warranty on all products is valid for the duration of 6 months after purchase of the product. Product will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of DIESTCO MFG CORP. Procedure to ship warranty claims will be conducted the same as returns (See Paragraph 3).
