All Sealed Lead-Acid (SLA) batteries both AGM and GEL and all UPG chargers are warranted against manufacturers defects for 1 year from date of purchase.

UPG reserves the right to make product changes from time to time, without prior notification, which may impact the specifications shown. Customer is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of product specifications, reading labels and instructions before using our products. Limited Liability

UPG shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. UPG’s liability in all circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to liability.

*UPG guarantees its batteries against leaks and defects in materials and workmanship. Customer must provide proof of purchase as proof of claim.

Guarantee is void if batteries are opened, crushed, exposed to fire or high temperatures, installed backwards, used with old batteries or other battery
