Ki Mobility Axiom Posterior Lateral Back is designed for easy and precise installation, ease of adjustment and bold styling. Axiom features the innovative DEX hardware which the most adaptable hardware ever, to the one tool adjustments and high-quality materials.

Intuitive Attachment
To Remove the Axiom Back just push the auto-resetting release levers under and simply lift the back to remove. While attaching the back simply push down and you’ll hear an audible click, the tall pins and cone shaped receivers automatically inDEX the back into place. Axiom back is dynamically transit tested to the WC20 standard, you can rest assured the Axiom back provides secure support.

Universal Compatibility
The 'DEX' hardware is an incredibly intuitive inDEXing (DEX) hardware which will make installation and adjustment a snap. The mounting clamp of DEX hardware takes up the least amount of space on the back post and works with all back post styles, sizes and tube diameters.

Infinite Adjustability
Axiom Back provides independent height, depth and angle adjustment without the need to move the clamp on the back cane. The indexing feature of the brackets allows for simple symmetrical alignment. DEX hardware makes it possible to adjust the back for the proper fit with the rider in the chair.

Premium Construction
Axiom Back is built with high quality, high resiliency foam and revolutionary Darlexx fabric. This stretch fabric with elastic monolithic membrane layer is breathable yet waterproof, so you can stay comfortable on a hot day and don’t have to worry about getting caught in the rain.

Return Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from the delivery date you must contact Rehabpulse Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Rehabpulse will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective products are covered under Rowheels’ one-year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Rowheels’ cost per the terms and conditions of the warranty.

See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.

A copy of the Rehabpulse credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Rehabpulse invoice may be requested prior to Rehabpulse Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

The product must be in like-new condition and returned in the original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. Rehabpulse reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, documentation, or other original components are missing.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email info@rehabpulse.com or call 1 (877) 234-2018, Upon written receipt of the RA number, send the product to:

Please mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.

A copy of the credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Rehabpulse invoice should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment at the customers cost.

You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Rehabpulse’ Middleton, WI warehouse. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Rehabpulse is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

Warranty

Ki Mobility warrants the frame, cross braces, hangers, and quick-release axles of your wheelchair against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. All other parts and components of this wheelchair are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first consumer purchase.

Limitations to the Warranty

  1. We do not warrant:
  2. Wear items: Upholstery, tires, armrest pads, tubes, armrests and push-handle grips.
  3. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse or from improper installation or repair.
  4. Damage from exceeding weight limit.
  5. This warranty is VOID if the original chair serial number tag is removed or altered.
  6. This warranty is VOID if the original chair has been modified from its original condition and it is determined that the modification resulted in failure.
  7. This warranty applies in the USA and Canada only. Check with your supplier to find out if international warranties apply.

Ki Mobility’s Responsibility

Ki Mobility’s only liability is to replace or repair, at our discretion, the covered parts. There are no other remedies, expressed or implied.

Your Responsibility

  1. Notify Ki Mobility, via RehabPulse, prior to the end of the warranty period and get a return authorization (RA) for the return or repair of the covered parts.
  2. Have the supplier send the authorized return, freight pre-paid, to:

 Rowheels (Rear Wheels) warranty [NOTE: ONLY ADD THIS PORTION OF THE WARRANTY IF THE PRODUCT INCLUDES ROWHEELS REAR WHEELS]

 Subject to the Limitations and Exclusions below, ROWHEELS Inc. warrants our REV Series pull propulsion wheel sets, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided normal and appropriate use. A replacement product or part that has been installed in accordance with ROWHEELS’ instructions assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty is transferable. However, any transfer of this product does not extend the terms of this warranty.

Product must be registered or a copy of the dated receipt or bill of sale from the original end user purchase is required to determine coverage.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The following do not apply to this limited warranty and will VOID the coverage:

  • Product is used with products or services that are not compatible with REV series wheels
  • Wheel hub has been modified or tampered with in any way
  • Original serial number tag is removed or altered
  • REV series wheels are used for extreme sports
  • REV series wheels are submerged in water
  • REV series wheels are used with a load exceeding the wheels weight limit of 250 pounds
  • REV series wheels are subjected to jumping or bouncing off of steps greater than 6 inches
  • Improper use or installation per the User’s Manual
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, negligence, accidents, wear and tear or by other causes that do not fall into the category of defective materials or workmanship
  • ROWHEELS policy is to honor warranties and to perform services on all products purchased from authorized ROWHEELS dealers/representatives. If the ROWHEELS product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer or representative, this warranty will not be valid.

 The following are not covered under the limited warranty:

  • Tires and inner tubes
  • Damage to spoke/finger guard, except for factory defects
  • Handrims, except for factory defects
  • Damage from normal wear and use
  • Damage from improper installation or repair
  • Damage caused by failure to adhere by the owner’s manual warnings and recommendations

 OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

ROWHEELS sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, under warranty is to repair or replace, in our sole discretion, the covered components of the REV series wheels.

FOR WARRANTY SERVICES

If your product requires warranty service, please contact ROWHEELS or your authorized ROWHEELS dealer/representative. Upon preapproval by ROWHEELS or an authorized representative. Product must be freight prepaid in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. ROWHEELS recommends that you insure the product for its full replacement costs. The exchanged wheels may contain used parts that meet ROWHEELS quality standards. This is provided at the sole discretion of ROWHEELS and the original warranty terms will not be extended due to such wheel exchange and the returned wheels become the property of ROWHEELS. ROWHEELS Does not reimburse for services performed by third parties unless otherwise explicitly authorized by ROWHEELS.
