Return Policy:

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from the delivery date you must contact Rehabpulse Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Rehabpulse will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective products are covered under Rowheels’ one-year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Rowheels’ cost per the terms and conditions of the warranty.

See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.

A copy of the Rehabpulse credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Rehabpulse invoice may be requested prior to Rehabpulse Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

The product must be in like-new condition and returned in the original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. Rehabpulse reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, documentation, or other original components are missing.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email info@rehabpulse.com or call 1 (877) 234-2018, Upon written receipt of the RA number, send the product to:

Please mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.

A copy of the credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Rehabpulse invoice should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment at the customers cost.

You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Rehabpulse’ Middleton, WI warehouse. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Rehabpulse is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

Warranty:

Ki Mobility warrants the frame, cross braces, hangers, and quick-release axles of your wheelchair against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. All other parts and components of this wheelchair are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first consumer purchase.

Limitations to the Warranty

  1. We do not warrant:
  2. Wear items: Upholstery, tires, armrest pads, tubes, armrests and push-handle grips.
  3. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse or from improper installation or repair.
  4. Damage from exceeding weight limit.
  5. This warranty is VOID if the original chair serial number tag is removed or altered.
  6. This warranty is VOID if the original chair has been modified from its original condition and it is determined that the modification resulted in failure.
  7. This warranty applies in the USA and Canada only. Check with your supplier to find out if international warranties apply.

Ki Mobility’s Responsibility

Ki Mobility’s only liability is to replace or repair, at our discretion, the covered parts. There are no other remedies, expressed or implied.

Your Responsibility

  1. Notify Ki Mobility, via RehabPulse, prior to the end of the warranty period and get a return authorization (RA) for the return or repair of the covered parts.
  2. Have the supplier send the authorized return, freight pre-paid, to:
