Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from the delivery date you must contact Rehabpulse Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Rehabpulse will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective products are covered under Rowheels’ one-year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Rowheels’ cost per the terms and conditions of the warranty.

A copy of the Rehabpulse credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Rehabpulse invoice may be requested prior to Rehabpulse Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
The product must be in like-new condition and returned in the original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Rehabpulse reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, documentation or other original components are missing.

A copy of the credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Rehabpulse invoice should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment at the customers cost.
You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Rehabpulse’ Middleton, WI warehouse. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Rehabpulse is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
<p>Warranty Rowheels Revolution 1.0</p> <p>This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser who purchases this product when new and unused from REHABPULSE or an approved vendor. This warranty is not extended to any other person or entity and is not transferable or assignable to any subsequent purchaser or owner. Coverage under this warranty will end upon any such subsequent sale or other transfer of title to any other person.</p> <p>This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.</p> <p><strong>Items Covered By Lifetime Guarantee: </strong>ROWHEELS warrants the wheelchair frame and cross braces, when purchased new and unused, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the chair. A copy of the purchase receipt is required for coverage under this warranty.</p> <p><strong>Items Covered By One Year Guarantee: </strong>ROWHEELS warrants the upholstered materials (seat, back and armrests of the arm assembly) and remaining components of this product, including the rear wheels, when purchased new and unused, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase from REHABPULSE or an approved vendor, with a copy of the purchase receipt required for coverage under this warranty.</p> <p>If within such warranty periods any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced at ROWHEELS’ option. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of any such product. ROWHEELS’ sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.</p> <h2><a name="_Toc527449987"></a>1.1 Obtaining Warranty Service</h2> <p>For warranty service, please contact REHABPULSE. Indicate the nature of the defect and, if the product is serialized, indicate the serial number. If you purchased your ROWHEELS product from an alternate vendor, then you must contact that vendor for warranty claims. In the event you do not receive satisfactory warranty service from the vendor, please contact ROWHEELS in writing. Provide the vendor’s name and address, the product model number, and the date of purchase. DO NOT return products to REHABPULSE without prior consent.</p> <p>In the event that you are instructed to ship your ROWHEELS product back to REHABPULSE, or your vendor, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to properly package the product for safe and damage free transport. ROWHEELS warranty will not cover shipping damage that occurs during shipment from the purchaser. Using the original ROWHEELS packaging materials is recommended.</p> <h2><a name="_Toc527449988"></a>1.2 Limitations</h2> <p>The foregoing warranty is void for:</p> <ul> <li>Products if the serial number has been defaced or removed.</li> <li>Normal wear and tear of product.</li> <li>Products subjected to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance or storage.</li> <li>Products modified without ROWHEELS’ express written consent including, but not limited to, modification through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments</li> <li>Products damaged by reason of repairs made to any component without the specific consent of ROWHEELS or to a product damaged by circumstances beyond ROWHEELS’ control. Such evaluation will be solely determined by ROWHEELS.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The foregoing express warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties whatsoever, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and the sole remedy for violations of any warranty whatsoever shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product pursuant to the terms contained herein. The application of any implied warranty whatsoever shall not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein. REHABPULSE shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.</p> <p>Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitation may not be applicable.
