Our Professional White Glove Delivery agent will deliver your product to your home, unpack it and remove all packing material before moving it inside whenever possible. They will then complete any simple assembly and then check the functionality of your new product. Finally, our agent will give a brief tutorial on how the product is operated.
All agents will sanitize their hands before entering your home or touching your product.
Mobility products and patient lifts will be set-up and delivered inside the door.
Beds and lift chairs will be placed into the appropriate room. Please note: all furniture must be moved so the agent does not need to touch any existing furniture.
Notice on pricing! Calculated price for White Glove is based on the distance between your location, and our nearest agent. While this price is most often accurate, there can be situations outside of our control that could increase this price. In some rare cases, some destinations are not qualified for White Glove Delivery due to their remote or otherwise difficult-to-get-to locations. In either situation, RehabPulse Customer service will contact you to either process the additional amount required, or to initiate a refund for the White Glove delivery costs.

READ BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY
Thank you for your purchase! The EWheels family takes great pride in our products. We want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. In order to accomplish this, we need your help in identifying if any shipping damage occurred during transit. Please follow the steps below before signing for and accepting your delivery.
NO VISIBLE DAMAGE:
If there is NO visible holes, rips, dents or tears to any of the packaging, then please sign and accept your delivery without making exceptions.
If there IS visible holes, rips, dents or tears to any of the packaging, please notate the extent of the damage in the exceptions area of the delivery slip and accept your delivery. Contact RehabPulse service department at 877-234-2018 if the scooter is found to be damaged after unpackaging. Please note the delivery driver is NOT obligated to wait for you to unpack the scooter to inspect before you accept the delivery.
If there IS an extreme amount of obvious damage to the packaging of your scooter, please refuse the delivery as “Damaged in Transit”, then both you and the Delivery Driver must sign the BOL. Immediately notify RehabPulse Customer Service department at 877-234-2018 if a shipment is refused due to extreme damage.
If there was NO visible damage to the packaging, but your product is damaged, immediately call RehabPulse Customer Service, 877-234-2018 to report the damage. Concealed damage claims are limited to 72 hours after delivery in order for us to file a damage claim and provide you with the fastest solution.
You can expect a credit or refund, less a 20% restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product back complete and in good and unused condition. You will be refunded the purchase price, EXCLUDING the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Standard Return Shipping
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure a credit.
Complete the return reason questionnaire and include it in the return package.
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

It is recommended that you use UPS whenever possible for your return. Retain the return Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.

Returning an Oversized Item Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 30 pounds. You will not be refunded shipping charges under any circumstances on Oversized Items that are returned . Please be aware that shipping charges can be quite expensive for Oversized Items. Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:
If you have assembled the product, dissemble it before shipment using the original protective packaging materials.
Package the disassembled item(s) securely in original product packaging, whenever possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to insure a refund or credit.
Complete the return reason questionnaire that was included with your packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
Contact a Customer Service Specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org instructions on arranging a freight delivery pickup for your items. Please have your customer ID number located on your packing list available when you call.
You must be present at the location and time of pickup. All packaged item(s) must be at the front door for the freight driver.
To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 15 days of original shipment date.

IMPORTANT If there is significant visible damage to the carton upon receipt, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service representative at email@example.com .

Three Year Limited Warranty
Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.
One Year Limited Warranty
One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.
Six Months Limited Warranty
(6) Months from the date of purchase on the batteries and charger. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Service and Labor Costs
Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact Ewheels directly for any assistance in locating a service provider or to make a warranty claim.
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers.
Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.
Secondhand Owners and Reselling
No warranty will be offered or honored for secondhand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.
