• Align the brace with the leg making sure the center of the hinge is aligned with the knee cap.
• Adjust the length using the push button telescoping uprights.
• Adjust the range of motion according to the physicians directions. Press the flexion button and slide the button to the prescribed setting.
• Press the extension button and slide the button to the prescribed setting.
• Ensure both hinges are set to the same prescribed settings.
  Note: You may need to disengage the drop lock in order to adjust the hinge range of motion.
• Open the brace by disengaging the buckle closures.
• With the patient sitting or lying down, slide the brace under the affected leg.
• Ensuring the hinges and uprights are aligned with the midline of the leg, remove the strap slack in the back of the brace.
• Secure the buckle and adjust the strap tension using the hook and loop closure. Do not over tighten.
• Trim if needed.
• Repeat for the remaining straps.
  
  

• Remove softgoods, hinges and uprights can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Soft goods can be hand washed with mild detergent. Triple rinse, squeeze and air dry. Avoid twisting the material to remove water.
