Indications for Use
Temporary relief of pain associated with sore or aching muscles of the back, arms, or legs, due to strain from exercise or normal household and work activities.
The Core® Pain Remedy Plus uses rechargeable lithium batteries saving you from the hassle and expense of finding AAA batteries when you are in pain. Simply use the charging kit included with each device to recharge the batteries when needed.
Reusable, long-lasting snap electrodes are included with each unit. Replacement electrodes are available for purchase separately and are available in a 4-pack of 2 x 2 round electrodes or 1-pack of the 3x5 body electrode.

A list of items you would like to return
Original invoice number(s) and purchase date(s) of the items you would like to return
A reason for the return(s)
Once Core customer service has had a chance to review your return(s) you will be contacted with an RA “Return Authorization” number OR if we are not able to accept your return, we will notify you at that time.
Defective Product Returns
All of our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. This warranty period is longer for several of our products. For warranty details on specific products, please contact customer service. Core will replace or provide a refund on any defective product(s).
Return Goods Restrictions
Damage and discrepancy claims must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of product(s)
Returned items for reasons other than defects will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping cost on non-defective items is the responsibility of our customer
Returned items for any reason other than defects must be in original packaging and in saleable condition
No returns will be accepted on items that are older than 1 year beyond your original purchase date
No returns will be accepted on items that have been sold on Amazon or other mass consumer discount websites
