What qualifies for Price Match Guarantee?

Your purchased product may be eligible for price matching if it is:

 

Identical product.

The product must be the same brand, model (SKU) number, size and color, similar parts to qualify and must be sold by Rehabpulse listed as the seller. There are several products that are sold directly by other manufacturers/vendors and for those products it is not possible to provide a price match guarantee. You can still call us, and we will make the best effort to call the manufacturers/vendors to see if the price match can be done. The consideration of price match will only be for product price minus shipping cost.

 

Available product

Only Products that are immediately available at a qualifying online retailer, or Durable medical equipment shop.
We match retail competitors (including their online prices) and also qualifying online retailers such as Amazon.com, or walgreens.com or walmart.com

 

Non-excluded product.

Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, items sold by vendors\manufacturers directly as seller and not by RehabPulse as seller, spare parts, competitors’ service prices, special daily or hourly sales, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving or special holiday season offers from one week before Christmas until one week after New Year.

How to get the Price Match Guarantee:

1. Find a qualifying product.

While online, find a qualifying product that you want rehabpulse.com to price match. Rehabpulse can only price match products that are sold by Rehabpulse directly as a seller and not for the products sold by manufacturers or other  sellers. Make sure the product you would like to price match is immediately available and identical to our product shown on rehabpulse.com (it must be an identical brand with identical model (SKU) number, shape, size and color).
Rehabpulse.com orders are available for price matching by phone only.

 

2. Call to request a price match.

When making a purchase call 1.877.234.2018 for a rehabpulse.com price match request. Please be prepared to direct our representative to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match.

 

Rehabpulse.com Price Match Guarantee policy details:

We won't be beat on price. We aspire to bring best deals with our unique approach and efficiency that allows us to pass the savings to our customers.
We'll match the product prices of key online and medical equipment dealers for immediately available products and the products sold directly by RehabPulse as seller.

 

Special considerations:

  • At the time of sale, we price match all retail medical equipment sellers (including their online prices) and we price match products shipped from and sold by these major online retailers: Amazon.com and walmart.com
  • We match rehabpulse.com prices online for ONLY FOR REHABPULSE SOLD PRODUCTS DIRECTLY AS SELLER. We don't have the opportunity to offer price match on products sold directly by manufacturers or vendors (Seller) on Rehabpulse.com, although we will contact the seller on your behalf to see what best can be done.
  • For Price Match Guarantee the product must be paid in full and not paid through monthly finance options.
  • The consideration of price match will only be for product price minus shipping cost. There will be no price match offered on shipping price.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance and open-box items). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

  • The online prices of retailers not listed in the Special Considerations section.
  • Products sold by other sellers directly by the vendor/manufacturer. The price match is only for products sold by Rehabpulse directly as seller.
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on our websites.
  • Competitor offers including service prices (delivery and installation charges), pre-order offers, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
  • Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, openbox items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, special holiday season offers one week before Christmas and until one week after the new Year offered by competitors.
